From verification of in network discussion to making the appointment everyone was super helpful. The staff were great too. Dr . Bennett had been my PCP when he first worked with Cigna. He is the best doctor I’ve had. He has been my mother’s doctor for 12 plus years and she’s 91 and going strong.
Dr Kaci Larsen is the best! Takes time to listen then teaches why we are doing things with my Health!! You can’t go wrong with her just phenomenal as a doctor!
I had my first checkup with Dr Kranick in Central Phoenix office and it was a wonderful experience. Dr Kranick gave a referral for Urology on Feb 18 and said someone would call me to get a referral for Central Phoenix Did not hear from them, so I called them and was told I would need to call Cigna to see what Dr's our plan would use. I don't know what direction to go? Very disappointed with Honor Health!

My doctor was in a perfect location for me. He was there for years, then he had to move for you. Just the crowded LabCorp visit was crazy busy with long waits and nowhere to sit down. But the parking garage is a nightmare to get in and out. Everyone seemed slammed and in a bad mood. I immediately started looking for another doctor as soon as I got home.!
This office is the worst & NP Krystal Davis is awful. No bedside manner what-so-ever. My family is new to Cigna insurance & looking for a PCP, thought this office would be a good option, we were wrong! Davis was extremely rude & condescending. We felt like we had to beg for medication, that has been taken on a daily basis for years, due to bloodwork not being done (another issue w/labcorp). The whole situation was a nightmare & there was no compassion or understanding found at Evernorth.
