We had excellent service from start to finish, even while the property was hosting multiple events. During our stay, our event alone had over 600 guests, in addition to two other events taking place at the same time. Despite how busy everything was and how stacked the schedule must have been, the service remained absolutely impeccable. From the beautiful sunset views to the charming details like the orange tree on the property, everything created such a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. The team made us feel truly welcomed and cared for the entire time. A special thank you to Tim, the manager at the McArthur restaurant, for his leadership and warm hospitality. To his team, Sinisa, Seth, Fernando, and Yari also stood out for their attentive and friendly service. And an extra heartfelt thank you to Maria G.from housekeeping, whose thoughtfulness and attention to the little details made our stay feel incredibly personal and special. They remembered our names. It is rare to feel this genuinely cared for while traveling, and it meant so much to us. We are already looking forward to coming back. We are so grateful for this experience 💜
We recently visited a friend staying at the Arizona Biltmore — and we were truly blown away. This iconic luxury resort is a true desert oasis, beautifully blending historic architecture with modern elegance. The palm-lined grounds, stunning pools, and refined yet relaxed atmosphere make it stand out among Phoenix resorts. Every space feels thoughtfully designed, with timeless details and a sense of elevated comfort throughout. Our friend couldn’t stop praising the spacious rooms and exceptional service. Even as locals, it felt like stepping into a completely different world. We would absolutely love to stay here ourselves for a future Phoenix staycation.

Truly a perfect stay, Aaron and the entire staff are truly professionals and represent everything you could want in service and professionalism. Room service was always hot and excellent and served quickly by super pleasant people. The tea a coffee on site are delicious, as well as endless quick to go options you don’t see anywhere else ( think chilled chocolate covered bananas, huge gelato selection that looked excellent. Besides that, there are so many pools and the Terrace court rooms had a quiet area with a hot tub and pool. Thank you Aaron and the rest of the team ( additional shoutout to the awesome valet team! )
Absolutely beautiful resort 20 min from PHX airport. Magnificent landscaping and beautiful pools. My villa (small upgrade charge) had its own yard with a lawn and a fire pit. Exceptional accommodations and facilities. Rooms spotless and quiet. One of the nicest places I’ve been in 30 years of travel.
The Biltmore is a visual treat. Walking the grounds is one of the most unique benefits of staying here. The staff are amazing. No matter who you ask for directions to something they most often escorts you to that place. Dropping what they are doing. Truly a customer comes first experience. The bell men are great too. The rooms are very nice. Nothing over the top, but roomy! A medium soft bed, 4 large (down feeling) pillows, a nice desk to work on (no wifi password) and a very slow internet connection can make some work slow, and a huge sitting chair. See my comments on the hidden gem in the notes.
