My furnace stopped working just days before a house guest was scheduled to arrive. Greentop was awesome! They diagnosed the issue and got a new furnace installed really quickly. All the technicians were really nice and easy to work with, and prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Greentop to others!
I had an amazing experience with Greentop Heating! Dylan came out to inspect our furnace within 30 minutes of my call, which was incredibly impressive. He was very pleasant and professional, took the time to explain what he was doing, It’s such a relief to find a company that’s responsive, honest, and efficient. First time visit after subscribing to their annual service for our heat pump, air filtration system and gas furnace. Their rate is very reasonable and tech did a thorough job. The owner and his team actually listen to their customers and respond with empathy and genuine interest in providing the best possible solution for my/your situation. The owner went out of his way to schedule a furnace replacement immediately, even though this required an employee to report to work on a day off. I have been impressed with the owner's resolve and his high level of respect toward me and his commitment to quality service. I highly recommend Greentop Heating for all of your furnace needs. Steve Part II - Greentop installed a new high quality American Standard gas furnace in my home yesterday. I had a couple of requests for improvements in the original air flow design. The installers showed up on time and performed exceptional work. The owner personally followed up with me today to make sure I am happy. These guys are the real deal. If you need furnace help run, don’t walk, to the phone and call them. Another company tried to sell my parents a whole new system but Greentop found the broken component, fixed it, and had them back up and running in no time! All for a very fair price!
