I recently moved to Los Angeles 4 months ago and something unfortunate happened with my car. I found Complete Automotive Systems down the road and gave them a call and John told me he would help me out. He immediately knew what happened with my car, helped me file a claim with insurance and told me he would take care of me. He and his team were outstanding and my car was repaired in no time. I didn’t need to stress about anything while I was out of town and knew I was in the best hands. Will be coming back for any of my needs in the future! Thank you very much!

The welcoming committee “Bob“ made you feel right at home as a first time customer. Very knowledgeable of his profession. Bob took all the time needed to help you understand your repair issues. The cleanliness of the shop is very impressive which explains why their services are a little pricey. I personally can’t afford to shop there, but I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a guarantee that they will receive the best service on their vehicle.

Bob and the mechanic (sorry, didn’t catch his name) was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I somehow caught a tiny piece of asphalt between my rotor and brake on the freeway, and they were not only able to see me as soon as I came in, but also kept me in the loop the entire time. I also really liked how Bob was explaining what they were doing and explaining everything in a way that was very educational. 10/10 service and cannot recommend enough. Thank you so much!
