Awful !!!...ok, so all I wanted was an outside spigot replaced. The Heart Of Ohio plumber shows up, gives me two options: 1. $350+ if spigot can be pulled off and replaced, without damaging pipes...2. $1100+ if pipes need rerouted and frost free installed. Asked him what are the odds option 1 would work...he said 50-50. I opted to not have him do anything, he couldn't have been here more than 10 minutes and charged me $99, and their business is located here in my town, so it's not like they had far to travel...I won't be doing business with them ever again. In fact, I have one of their electricians scheduled to come out later in the month...I will be cancelling that appointment.
We have used this company before they changed names, for many years. The service is outstanding and professional. Brandon was very friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed of what he was doing to find the issue with our air conditioner. . We will continue to call Haven with all our heating and air conditioning needs. The price was a bit more than we expected.

We have been using Huge -> Heart of Ohio -> Haven for decades for our furnace/AC work. They have taken such good care of us through the years that when a small plumbing problem popped up, we thought we would give their plumbing services a try. We received the same great care as always. Brandon was punctual, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Although we was the last call of the day, he took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. So now, in addition to having Alex as my go-to guy for my the furnace, we now have a go-to guy for plumbing.
I was excited to see that you all are Haven. Their commercials are so clever! I was so pleased with the service Kyle provided!! He was the best, and super professional. He explained everything well and I look forward with finishing the work with Haven. Kyle was so kind, he fixed what he could until I coordinate with the city to turn off the water during the work. He went above and beyond! Thank you!!
We have used Haven over 15 years when they were known as HUGE for routine HVAC maintenance. Service consistently exceptional. Technicians always polite, professional , thorough and timely. Office staff equally wonderful. Our favorite technician is Alex- goes above and beyond- we always request Alex. We highly recommend Haven!
