Had a radiator leak in my Toyota Rav 4, brought it in for assessment and was given an accurate estimate of the costs and a very knowledgeable breakdown of what the car needed including tires. The complimentary shuttle service from and back to the shop was very convenient and punctual, as well as both the drivers being very friendly. The repairs were finished the next day ahead of schedule, I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and I will be using them as my primary mechanic going forward. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and polite. The pricing is fair and I was even given a coupon for a discount on future service. I highly recommend this shop, it's delightful to find somewhere that feels like the small town family businesses I was accustomed to before moving to Toledo. The coffee is also quite good!

Victoria was absolutely fantastic – friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. She really made the experience stress-free. True to their word, my truck was ready exactly when they promised – no delays, no surprises. The work was done right the first time, and the pricing was fair and transparent. B&N does very good work at good prices. They just changed the oil in my Hyundai Elantra. They were ready when I showed up at the appointed day and time. They got it done quickly, and gave me a report on the overall condition of my car. I like going there and will continue. They have also done fairly extensive repair on my Mazda pickup, and other services on my Elantra. I'm always happy with what they do.
They ran out of oil while doing my car! Additionally, I was quoted a certain amount of time to wait for my oil change, but not only did they go significantly over, they also failed to tell me it would take so much longer. Nobody thought to mention it to me until I asked further questions, and they just kept extending the time I had to wait while they waited for a delivery. Really poor planning on their part, but honestly, it was the lack of communication that made it worse. Go somewhere else where your time is respected.
I want to say this is a great team the cares about their customers. We have 4 vehicles and all of them is now being serviced here. They make sure to show the problem and due there best to give the best price for you. I can say, I have never had that in a auto shop before . We appreciate everyone there and will be back again and again. Thank you!!!
