A 6-8 hour job done in about 3 hours or less!!! Gerry and his crew Toledo Automotive are incredible and have gone above and beyond the call of duty. An oil change and a rotor replacement on our sole vehicle took a hard left south and became a MUCH longer job than anticipated. I had needed my car for prior commitments but told them I was willing to reschedule. Gerry and his team bent over backwards to get it done and accomplished the impossible in less than 3 hours with two sets of mechanics working on my car at the same time. If that's not great service, looking out for me the way they did, then I obviously don't know good service. Thanks everyone at Toledo Autocare on Heatherdowns. So glad I found you!
I had an issue with a brake light out, but then something under the front of my car sounded like it fell out. I was able to drive to the Toledo Auto Care on Heatherdowns in Toledo where I go for my car needs. I went inside to get help, and Victoria greeted me and took such good care of me. She listened, offered input, and said we can take care of it! She is such a pleasant person and very knowledgeable that it put my mind at ease. They were able to make the repairs that same day including give me a ride home where I was working and then come pick me up. That is a great service they offer! As always, I highly recommend Toledo Auto Care on Heatherdowns for all of your car needs! Not only do they know what they are doing, but they do it with kindness -- greatly needed when you are dealing with car trouble. Thank you, Victoria, for all of your listening and help. Never been here before, we got a flyer in the mail and just took a chance. I moved here bout a year and 1/2 ago so havent established a auto shop to go to with having to junk my last car. The atmosphere and staff was pleasant and welcoming. We waited for the car to be done. While we waited there was other guests coming in and either picking up or asking questions about lights on their dash, all to which showed how they do care of their customers. Came in with a noise issue and possible oil issue. Monica took care of us and showed what was going on. Easily a exhaust gasket fix and oil level was to high. She gave us a cute goodie bag for first time customers, car care cash (which okayyy that is awesome think Kohls cash for car stuff) and the sweetest card with chocolate. We'll see ya'll when Opal needs her oil changed. Thank ya'll so much for being so welcoming and professional. It is hard to find a genuine caring business.
You took care of our car faster than promised! We feel so much more secure driving it with your guys inspecting everything! The pictures and videos you sent helped us know where we are with brake pads, and so much more. We tell everyone how great this shop is! Hopefully we’ll just need an oil change next time. After a couple of questionable experiences with my prior auto care service, I gave Toledo Tire & Auto Care a try. I saw how kindly they treated my mom when she literally coasted into their parking lot with a car emergency. They were prompt, pleasant, and prices are very reasonable. My car was repaired and returned to me same day. Highly recommend.
