The service writers- Rich and Jim, at Simon's are so friendly and such a pleasure to interact with. I feel confident that I can ask questions and get honest and insightful answers. I very much trust Simon's to perform services on my vehicle in a timely and professional manner. I have been extremely satisfied each time I have taken my vehicle to this shop (3 times now I think...). I appreciate the time they are willing to spend with me explaining problems and offering solutions. I would highly recommend Simon's for routine auto care and for those often unfortunate but inevitable times when a vehicle needs a major repair. My first visit to Simon‘s Auto Service and it won’t be my last. I had an oil change & an auto inspection since I just bought my 3 yo BMW X3 about six months ago. As a woman I am hesitant as to what kind of waiting area there is at a service station, but everyone in my house was working so I didn’t have someone to drop me off and pick me up so I waited for my car. No worries here as their waiting area was very clean with comfortable seating, wifi and coffee. There’s also a live video feed there that you can see the cars being worked on. This place has all the benefits of a corporate auto service, but none of the drawbacks. I love that this is a family-owned business (Simon’s Dad started it) and the owner, Simon, is on site. They printed me a detailed list of everything they checked and a few things to keep an eye on & I was back on the road in about 90 minutes. Thanks again Simon. You have a very well run shop & should be proud of it & ur employees.

Thank you Simon's for being a mechanic I know I can trust! I've been going to Simon's pretty much since I've lived in the area (15 years). Every once in a while I end up somewhere else (schedule convenience, etc) and remember why I like Simon's. Took my car somewhere else over a year ago for an oil change, they told me I'd definitely need both front and rear brakes by my next oil change. Took my car to Simon's this week for a flat and told them I was surely well overdue for front brakes. They were at 8mm and Simon's was happy to tell me I definitely did not need to replace them. (I was also SO SO HAPPY at how incredibly quiet my car was after fixing the holes in my exhaust, it's like a new car! Thanks guys! Please don't ever change the way you run things over there.)
So glad I found Simon’s Auto Repair! They made the process of getting new tires completely stress-free. It’s hard to find an honest, reliable shop these days, but these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Heights area they are very professional and have great Communication. Definitely my new go-to spot.
I’m very happy with the service I received from Simon’s Auto Service. My car is running smoothly and safely because when I took it in it was in an unsafe condition and dangerous to drive. It was repaired in a reasonable amount of time and I got it back the same day which is awesome. The manager Rich is nice and friendly. I will be going to Simon’s Auto Service for all my future repairs.
