This is a nice and quiet clinic. Getting ahold of someone was difficult at first. When I finally left a VM, Sarah returned my call within the day. Maria was pleasant and informational during my appointment and Sarah was a delight, very respectful with a contagious smile&laugh.
My visit to Arizona Primary Care was smooth, Dr. Maria was thorough and attentive to my needs as a patient. The office appeared clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. Staff member Gladys handled me care and honest concern. Thank you Arizona Primary Care.
Maria and everyone at Primary Care Partners are absolutely the best…. They care and when you need them they are there… I started going there last September and was 361 pounds and six foot tall… morbid fat… with their help and advice I just hit 290 lbs today with no gimmicks just focus and good advice from the what I call the A-Team… the best!!!! Nurse Practitioner Rodriguez and Alivia are down to earth and super cool and awesome!!!! The Doctors backing her likeDr. Horteras are awesome… best care deserves 10 stars….

I had a fantastic experience at Arizona Primary Care Partners Walk-in Medical Clinic in Phoenix! The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. I appreciated their efficient check-in process and was seen by a doctor in a timely manner. NP Maria was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions. I felt like I was in good hands throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical care in the Phoenix area.
It literally took me 2 years to get a PCP when COVID hit. She was worth the wait. She's thorough, caring, and listens. She's selective with referrals and diligent with follow-ups. I don't feel like a McDonald's customer (just another number served) when I see her. She's patient with me and I appreciate that greatly. So happy to call her my doctor.
