Blue Knight was wonderful to work with. Their crews replaced my roof quickly. They paid close attention to the details as my roof is not an easy to reshingle. Throughout the process they regularly swept the yard for errant nails with a large magnet and were careful not to damage my landscaping and composite decking. BK's pricing was very reasonable. Replaced siding that blew off of end gables during recent high winds throughout January and February 2024. Great job! Additionally, Tony is very responsive. He quoted me a price to replace the gable ends on my home. This included removal of two layers of siding, and potentially new backing board. We were able to get our schedules together in June. The installer was very knowledgeable, conscientious about his work. He had to remove two layers of siding. But, discovered the backing board did not need replaced. He even took photos of inside my attic from both ends of my home. HE DID A QUALITY JOB! VERY VERY PLEASED! Tony had quoted base board but it was not needed, so it was removed from the final cost. That was a pleasant surprise. He noticed my roof needed replaced and advised me of an upcoming 6-10% price increase on materials within the next 30 days. He had comparable materials and pricing with another contractor. The other contractor was able to start the job this week before other home improvements were scheduled to be completed. I would highly recommend Blue Knight Roofing for any siding and roofing needs! Tony is a great guy, responsive and cares about his customers! I wish them the very best! We had a fantastic experience with Blue Knight! They came out to fix a damaged gutter and exceeded all our expectations. The communication was clear and professional from start to finish, and they showed up right on time. The repair was done quickly, neatly, and at a very fair price. You can tell they really take pride in their work—our gutter looks and functions like new. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, quality service. We will definitely be calling them again for future projects!
Tony was very open and transparent throughout the process. His brutally honest advice is what every client desires. He is timely in responses and I highly recommend Blueknight for any of your contracting needs. We hit a snag and Tony was able to adapt his schedule to our emergent situation. I referred him throughout our neighborhood. Below are before and after pics in no particular order. If a picture is worth a thousand words, we won’t be able to describe how pleased and happy we are with our lovely patio structure.
We decided to install a new roof. I called three contractors and obtained estimates. Tony from Blue Knight was responsive and very helpful. Tony was the only one of the three that didn't begin to criticize other roofing contractors in the first 20 minutes. Tony was there the day the tear off began and stayed in close contact throughout the process. The work began at 8 am and the crew was done,, cleaned up,, and gone by 5pm. We have not found any nails or trash.After the process started we added the additional work of new gutters and downspouts. I cannot say enough great things about BKR. I highly recommend Tony and BKR.
