We had a venting issue in our attic space due to a substandard ridge vent. Called Muth and Chris came out and assessed and determined immediately the ridge vent wasn’t working properly for the size of our roof. He recommended soffit baffles since many were missing and also quoted pricing for new ridge vents. We also had to have bathroom fan vents rerouted to vent out of roof properly. Work was done efficiently and carefully and now the attic is venting properly. Couldn’t be happier with results.
In 2010, I moved out of a home that had the roof replaced in Westerville, Ohio by Muth. They did such a great job when my current roof (not installed by Muth) was damaged by a storm, I called for help again. The next day Muth was at my home tarping it because 6 shingles blew off ( I called three local companies and only Muth was able to help me quickly avoid interior damage). I stayed protected by that tarp/nail down fix until it was replaced. Where I live a CLASS 4 roof (read about this level of protection, if you don't know) is not required but I wanted the extra confidence of class 4 roofing materials AND insurance discounts. Muth did a great job again! We love our new roof and sleep better knowing it's been fixed with a class 4 level roof by GAF. GAF the roof materials maker stands behind their materials and is the largest manufacturer of roofing materials in the US. Muth and GAF is my choice.

Mr Kelly was absolutely amazing! I was at my wits end with fixing up my house, so when another leak spot started forming on my ceiling I felt defeated. I contacted multiple roofing/siding companies to get an estimate & I thank God that I was scheduled with Mr. Kelly. He came out and really went above and beyond to not only give me an estimate, but also teach me everything I needed to know going forward with warranties, etc. He helped me feel like there is definitely a light at the end of the tunnel for the first time in a year. I would highly recommend Muth, all of their employees are very sweet and knowledgeable, however, if you can, I would ask specifically for Kelly Wengerd.
I had a mixed experience with this roofing company. James, who came out for the initial assessment, was great to work with—he answered all of my questions and provided a detailed quote in a timely manner. The estimate included replacing shingles, repairing damaged wood in the garage, and addressing general roof maintenance, which I appreciated. However, the execution side raised some concerns. When the crew arrived, we briefly reviewed the scope of work, but they didn’t initially have the wood needed for the garage repair. After I brought it up, they called someone to deliver it. This made me wonder whether that portion of the job would have been completed if I hadn’t said anything, and it also left me unsure if the other maintenance items in the estimate were fully addressed. I followed up via email to confirm what work had been completed. I was told my question would be passed along, but after several days without a response, I reached out again. Instead of an answer, I received an email with my invoice and photos that were not even of my house. I followed up once more requesting clarification and correct photos, but have yet to receive a response. Overall, the initial customer service was strong, but the lack of communication and follow-through after the work was completed leaves me with some uncertainty and frustration.
Had to do a full roof replacement due to age/condition. Decided on Muth from a combination of cost and the lack of horror stories in the reviews and I have no horror stories to add to it. Received a very detailed breakdown for the quote, with a given possible range based on materials replacement cost (the final cost ended up being on the high end of that but the old decking was in bad shape). Kelly was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. The QA rep on site the day of the install, Trey, was very professional and communicative. It was not the cheapest option I could have gone with, nor was it the most expensive, but the job got done well.
