Excellent Customer Service, Repairs & Follow Up! 2016 Chevy Trax needed a Turbo. Dropped her off & got her back the next day! I received a text message 24 hours after picking her up asking how my baby is running & if I have any issues! I have never ever received follow up care! A+ Rating for me. My Chevy Trax now has a Primary Care Physician!!!
Redford Auto Repair is top notch. I needed my A/C line replaced for our work van. I went to several places. The dealership said they would not get to me to even look at my van until a week, because they were so backed up and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. I went to another auto shop they stated it would take them a day to get me and charge me $79 for just an estimate and double for the part which he said was $2,500 plus the labor. When I took it to Redford auto the owner himself helped me. He found the part for much cheaper and they completed the job in two hours. Redford Auto done the whole job for what the other auto shop wanted just for the part If I could have given more stars I would have. I’m recommending everyone I know to Redford Auto they really take care of their customers. They do excellent work. I will be back for all my car repair needs. Thanks again Mr. Ali and may God continue blessing your business because you’re blessing us.

My car had been running weird for a few months. After a hard search, looking for a place who’d take Carshield, I found Redford auto repair through word of mouth. Nice and pleasant people, it was a slight hiccup with communication, however after about 5 weeks my car is running like new and overall my experience was good! All I paid was my deductible! I’d recommend and I’ll come back if I have any further issues.
Ali is a great person and his staff is amazing as well .. I need my vehicle towed . for a few extra bucks, I didn’t have to wait two hours for AAA. The tow truck came right on time car was fixed on time. Overall experience was great. I will be back to have them do some more work on my vehicle thank you Ali God bless.
