Overall, this was a great hotel for our stay. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of everything we needed. The room was comfortable, the bed was great, and there was plenty of space. The blackout curtains also worked very well, which we appreciated. The staff was helpful, and we appreciated that the front desk provided us with waters during our stay. We also used the microwave in the lobby, which was convenient, although we do wish there had been microwaves available in the rooms. The ice machine was easy to access, and the elevators worked quickly, which was especially nice since we stayed on the 11th floor. We definitely missed the fact that this hotel does NOT have a pool or hot tub 🙃 One downside was the noise in the morning. Even from the 11th floor, we could hear large delivery trucks backing up, along with what sounded like some type of construction nearby. My biggest complaint, however, is the parking. Parking is valet only, and we were told it would be $44 per night. While that already felt expensive, we understood that downtown parking can be costly and agreed to pay it. What was not explained to us was that additional taxes and service fees would be added. The total ended up being around $100, which was very frustrating because those extra charges were not disclosed upfront. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel itself and found it comfortable and convenient, but the lack of transparency around the parking fees was disappointing and definitely affected our experience.
Just stayed here 5 nights for a convention. Within walking distance of many nightspots. The staff is really nice and helpful, even sweet. They have a great little convenience store-ette next to the front desk, with a very handy microwave. The free cooked breakfast selection is large - definitely something for everybody! Evenings you can catch a beer or wine or bottled margarita, and hot appetizers in the cafe area off the main entrance (these are purchased.) We'll definitely stay here for next year's convention!

Location, hot breakfast, clean and cozy rooms, above and beyond service, and the sweetest staff in downtown Phoenix. Huge shoutout to Monica who went out of her way to take care of our needs (that recommendation of Lo-Lo’s Chicken really hit the spot). Will gladly stay here again!
Easy bus ride from PHX once you find the bus stop. Close to ASU downtown campus and Rooselvelt Row. Nice variety on the complimentary hot and cold breakfast items. Rooms are spacious and clean. Free bottled water upon request.
Best experience I've probably ever had at a hotel! Thumbs up!! Thank you to everyone there during my stay. Every person we came in contact with was so pleasant, helpful, courteous and went above and beyond!
