The lady at the front desk was very friendly and concerned as she assigned us the first room #219. The door was ajar when we arrived & it severely smelled like smoke. She reassigned us to room # 233. Much better! Smelled clean and fresh. The shower did need some caulking to go along with their updating they have done. Bed was comfortable and nice and spacious.
Excellent hotel. My first time staying here. I love it. Friendly staff members. Clean hotel. Good breakfast and dinner. Customers Service Representative Ally was amazing. Very helpful. Thank you Ally.😊 The General Manager came out and talked to my family. Oh and the hotel is 20 minutes from the Toldeo Zoo. The outdoor mall is in walking distance.
We had a 10th bday sleepover in the suite and were very clean! The staff were super nice and accommodating. Pool was clean and comfortable! I know they’re updating with that being said bring a fire stick for tv. I definitely would stay again.

Stayed here while fishing at the Maumee River. The social food/drink period Monday to Wednesday in the evening is pretty cool. The rooms are nice, above average for normal hotels. Only complaint is whoever washes the dishes. The glasses and plates in the rooms and with the buffets tend to have a small amount of food still stuck to them.
My husband Tyler worked closely with Vienna on a very sensitive family matter for a long term stay. To say she went above and beyond is truly an injustice for how incredible she was to us. We don’t even have the words, but thank you sweet Vienna for making our stay one that made an impact! You are a gift and Staybridge is so lucky to have you!!
