I was fortunate to speak with a plumber named Matt, who returned my call within a matter of minutes. He requested that I send him photographs of the water heater's model number and the unit itself. After reviewing the images, Matt promptly called me back and provided clear, step-by-step instructions on how to restore the water heater to working order. Remarkably, his guidance proved effective, and I was able to resolve the issue. Once again, the unit has hot water. What truly stood out during my interaction with Matt was not only his willingness to share his technical knowledge but also his remarkable patience. I struggle with even simple tasks of this nature, and Matt's calm demeanor made the process significantly easier. He meticulously explained how to remove the guard to access the pilot light window, advised me on the best positioning to view this awkwardly placed window, and guided me through the steps to relight the pilot light and restore the water heater's functionality. Thanks to Matt's expertise, I am able to enjoy the holiday weekend without further complications.
