My wife and I have had a lot of work done to the house this year and our tech Istvan was awesome, walked us thru what issues we had with our old hot water heater and recommended a new one and the reason why we should go that way, showed up the next day and got us installed with a new tank and removed the old one, he also found an other potential trouble spot with our main shut and walked us thru it Incase it becomes a real issue down the round. I was very pleased with Rescue Rooter as they were up front with pricing and what we needed to get us back up and running with hot water, I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service. The relationship with Rescue Rooter didn't start off well because they use a call service during off hours. The person that answered my call sent the wrong type of tech even though I thoroughly described my issue. The tech arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable but couldn't do the job. So, he took some photos and sent said a Drain Tech would be in touch. I wasn't 100% certain that the job was transferred over so I called in the next morning to make sure I had an appointment. They created a new appointment and gave me a timeframe. Chase, the Drain Tech, came quickly and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was doing and what he thought the problem was. After clearing the main drain, he was very thorough in making sure that everything was draining. He also scheduled a camera tech to come in the next day to scope the system and see why we were having a reoccurring issue. Nice work, Chase! You made the Rescue Rooter relationship much better. You've got a great future ahead of you.

The crew was professional and polite. They moved everything out of the way and put it back when they were done. The crew wore shoe covers and they even put covers on the wheels of their cart. When they were finished they reviewed their work with me and asked if I had any questions. They were very good.
I want to thank John Milburn for coming out today and running the camera thru my sewer line. John explained why we were having an issue and the best action to take to remedy the situation. He was knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I recieved a quote from him on services that was discussed. There was nothing added on the quote that was not discussed and it was sent within an hour. I appreciate all the help and would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs. The technicians were out today to snake the drain as well as video verify the work. Rough was very personable, informative and efficient in the process of this task. He was patient in explaining answers to any questions I had, which was necessary because I had to explain to the owner. I am confident that the work done today was completed properly and professionally.
