I've been going here for a few years. I always feel listened to and have always had positive experiences. Definitely recommend for people needing gender care. Dr. Guisinger helped me achieve top surgery and all of the transition care/goals I have. The front desk people are always nice. The atmosphere of the waiting room is very chill. All of the MA's are very personable and easy to talk to. I had Mia today and she was great! She made me feel less nervous about being at the doctors. Very grateful for everyone that works here ♥️

It was my first time going for gender affirming care and Jas, Kara and Vanessa were absolutely fantastic in making that a comfortable and informative experience. I also was able to grab a prescription same day and informed over so many resources that I genuinely had no idea of. I’m excited to continue for further appointments here and definitely recommend for people considering🖤🤍💛💜
My first appointment with Equitas has truly shifted my perspective on doctors offices. Though, they do offer far more services than your standard office. They are truly a "one stop shop" for your most common medical needs such as checkups, testing, lab work, therapy/counseling, and prescriptions. The staff are incredible. As someone who has difficulty feeling comfortable in almost any medical setting due to past experiences elsewhere, I felt very calm and reassured when at Equitas and interacting with the staff. Each member of the team I interacted with were knowledgeable, patient, open-minded, and caring throughout my visit. I felt respected and at ease discussing my identity, personal details, and any concerns I had prior to my visit. I would recommend Equitas for anyone searching for medical care. Some notable names from my visit include; Alexis, Jasmane, Kara, and Brandy(? I believe, the phlebotomist/lab specialist!)
I come to see Sara Hauke from 45min away because they are just that awesome! They listen to all my concerns and questions to form the best treatment plan possible. The entire staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They get me in fast but my appointment never feels rushed. Shout out to Iz and Nicole who are also rad! If you're looking for a medical facility that specializes in queer healthcare, look no further.
