Morgan and Morgan contacted me by phone literally within seconds of my filling out and submitting the claim form on its website - very impressive. They were effective at getting me a fair settlement, but communication towards the end needs to be better. I called and emailed my attorney over 2 weeks and got no immediate response. Also, explaining what rights I am relinquishing was never discussed.
