Lifetime did a great job on our roof replacement and we’re really happy with how it turned out! Richard Daskam was extremely helpful and patient working with us for nearly a year as we navigated our insurance claim process and he provided great advice and support along the way!
Alex Weishaar and the team from Lifetime Roof and Solar did a great job replacing my leaking composition roof with an incredibly hail resistant stone coated steel roof. This was a big, complex job and they executed it really well, with thorough planning beforehand so the actual work went smoothly. The team that did the work was very hard working and had high standards, and the finished roof looks great. Alex is a good communicator and coordinator and was frequently willing to come to the house if needed to review any questions. Their office also worked through all the details with my insurance company. I have replaced a roof in Denver 6 times (and that’s why I wanted to get something actually hail resistant) and this was the best ever.

Richard came out to asses my tile roof. He was so professional, kind, knew what he was doing, he was quick, and answered all my questions. I feel like he went above and beyond for a job that he knew he would probably not make any money at. He took pictures- got on top of my roof- he got in the crawl space- took more pictures- back up on the roof and identified exactly where my leak was. Very professional. Very knowledgeable- didn’t waste any time. Pleasure to have him! Would highly highly recommend Richard for any job!!!
Richard Daskam is astonishing! If I could rate more stars, I would. Not only was he patient and kind working through over a year long process to jump through our approvals and authorizations to get the work done, he was also knowledgeable and helped us through the insurance process. Our company will be recommending Richard at Lifetime Roof and Solar and his team and continue utilizing this company on (less complicated haha) projects in the future. Richard Daskam was super responsive to all of my questions during the whole re-roofing process, which included installing GAF solar shingle arrays and interfacing with our insurance company for the re-roofing part. His crew did an excellent job installing everything within a month and a half of contract signing. When GAF Energy was taking nearly six months to hook up the electrical components for the solar shingle arrays (not part of Richard’s responsibility) due to a glut of contracts in 2025 from customers trying to get the 30% federal tax credit before it expired after 12/31/2025 (including us), he and others in his company interceded with GAF to get on with the electrical hookup, which they then finally did. This 5-star review is due to the fact that I have never worked with a contractor who was more responsive than Richard and that his crew does excellent work.
