The hail storm of May 2024 was a truly costly event, financially and emotionally. To say the least, the amount of stress that single event caused was heart wrenching. Knowing another storm could hit and wanting the best quality and best chance to survive another storm, I looked for the best company I could find and behold, I found Lifetime Room & Solar. I decided that despite having my roof replaced well over a year ago, I wanted to wait to write the review. Why? Because I wanted to see if the roof held up. It has. The crew that replaced my entire roof spent not just one day, but two days being as careful as humanly possible to minimize disruption to me and my neighbors, and to do the job properly. This company also replaced my mother and father's roof and did an amazing job and thus far, they have had no issues. So if you are looking for a good roofing company, you have come to the right place.
Working with Richard Daskam at Lifetime Roofing was an outstanding experience, even through what turned into a very long and stressful process. We first filed our roof claim in April, and the project wasn’t completed until August. Throughout those five months, Richard stayed engaged and helped guide us every step of the way. Our insurance company, Liberty Mutual (Safeco), initially denied the claim and maintained that the damage appeared man-made rather than hail-related. We pursued a second opinion, which was also denied, and even requested an engineer inspection that unfortunately did not move the claim forward. The final step before considering legal action was hiring our own appraiser to negotiate with Safeco’s appraiser. Thanks to persistence and proper documentation, that process ultimately confirmed hail damage and resulted in claim approval. Richard was incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable throughout this entire journey. He helped us understand each option, stayed on top of communication, and made a complicated insurance process much easier to navigate. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone needing roofing assistance, especially if insurance is involved.

I worked with Richard who walked me through the entire process of my insurance claim through color choices and installation. My roof and new gutters are beautiful. I am very happy with how the workmanship, install process, clean up by the crew, and most importantly the final look of the installed products which are an upgrade to what we had before. I would recommend Lifetime and Richard to make sure everything goes smoothly for an insurance claim to replace a roof with high quality materials and craftsmanship.

We had a great experience with Lifetime Roof & Solar. Our roof was a worn down due to hail and just general age. Richard helped us with the insurance claim, pushed back on the adjustor with the initial review, and really went above and beyond to make sure the roof was done beautifully.
