He came out and fixed my car on short notice! He was here within an hour of me calling him. I originally only called him to diagnose my car's battery because it wouldn't start and I wanted to know if it was the battery or alternator. He came out, diagnosed it and then went to get the part and replaced the battery immediately which I appreciated greatly so I wouldn't go another day without a car!! I will definitely be working with him again.

Very dishonest crook, take your business elsewhere!! I spoke with him by phone and text beforehand, gave him the make, model, and exact part needing replacement, and told him I would be supplying the part. He initially agreed with no issue. Before our appointment, my brake sensor failed, so I also asked him to replace that. I had already researched the sensor and found it for about $6, so I told him he could source it if needed. When I arrived and he saw my car, everything changed. He suddenly claimed the brake sensor would cost $150 per tire (that's just the part!), while looking at the exact same auto parts store I had checked myself. When I said I would just buy the part myself, he flatly refused to install it, claiming he “cares too much” about my car to use customer-supplied parts and insisting only his parts were acceptable — despite sourcing them from the same place. I then said forget the brake sensor and let’s just do the wheel bearing we had already agreed on. At that point, he suddenly increased the labor price by another $100 and refused to acknowledge the texts confirming our original agreement. He then looked at the box for my part, which was clearly labeled “hub assembly,” and insisted it was the wrong part. When I pointed out the name was literally printed on the box, he kept pushing for me to buy the part through him instead. I even told if, if you're sure the box is mislabeled, let's sue the shop for misrepresentation! He kept telling that I got the wrong part and should let him buy it instead, lol. At that point, it became obvious he did not want to install customer-supplied parts because he wanted to inflate the parts charges and change the agreed pricing. In my experience, he came across as smooth-talking but dishonest. I would strongly recommend anyone using him carefully compare his labor and parts pricing with other shops before agreeing to repairs. Better yet avoid him at all costs!! Trust me, your wallet will thank you.
