David and Metro Construction did an outstanding job on our tiny primary bathroom. Communication was clear, the quoted amount was the final amount, and they were timely throughout the renovation. We ran into a challenge once we opened the walls and the team solved it before the end of the day for a minimal additional cost, which was presented before any work was completed. The workmanship is excellent and the final product is exactly what we wanted. I've never had a contractor who was so reliable, trustworthy, and great at his job. I would work with Metro again and highly recommend them to anyone completing a renovation.
We had a very tight, dysfunctional bathroom that needed to be redone. Metro did a wonderful job remodeling our bathroom. David was organized and easy to contact when we had questions. The team always showed up when we expected (we never felt ghosted). The labor price was reasonable and, with David’s recommendations and shopping list, it was easy for us to stay within our budget. Overall, David made the process very painless and we would use Metro in the future for other projects. Attached are before and after photos of our bathroom.

I hired Metro Construction to remodel two of my bathrooms and it was a great experience. David was very helpful every step of the way, including when I started to get overwhelmed with decisions (you don’t realize just how many choices you have to make until you’re in the middle of it!) and his communication was fantastic. They did tile, tub and toilet installation, vanity replacement, painting, tub reglazing, and it all went so quickly. I’m very happy and am already talking to David about the next project I need done!
David and his team were the best, my husband and I could not recommend them enough! We did a full master re-model, partial guest remodel and got our kitchen countertops replaced and dry bar/wine color built in added, all by David’s team and are so happy with how everything turned out. They were so easy to work with, and he always kept us honest if something wouldn’t work well. I was nervous since we were fully moved in when his team started the Reno’s, but they covered and prepped everything and you would never know they were here. They were incredibly adaptable, and handled every change request we threw at them. They were also very trustworthy and reliable, so much so that we went on a 3 week vacation out of the country while they remodeled our master. We will definitely be using Metro Construction again when we renovate the rest of our guest bathroom. Thank you David and team!
Our bathtub had developed a leak into our downstairs neighbor's unit. After several unsuccessful plumbing repair attempts, it became clear that the only real solution was to remove the tub, redo the plumbing, and take the opportunity to refresh the aesthetics of our one and only bathroom in our vintage condo. When we started gathering bids, David immediately stood out. He was the only contractor out of the four we contacted who took the time to visit our condo in person before providing a quote. Rather than relying on photos alone, he wanted to see the space firsthand so he could accurately assess the scope of work. We really appreciated that level of diligence, especially given the financial scope of the work. Once the project began, David and his team were friendly, respectful, and communicative throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions, regularly checked in to make sure the work was meeting our expectations, and made us feel involved in the decision-making along the way. David was also a helpful resource when it came to design choices, offering thoughtful advice on everything from trim and grout to selecting the right bathtub and estimating tile quantities. His experience helped us avoid costly mistakes and gave us confidence in our decisions. About a week after our bathroom was finished, David reached out to see how everything was settling in and even stopped by to take care of a few small cosmetic details without hesitation. We couldn't be happier with our rebuilt and refreshed bathroom. The quality of the work, attention to detail, communication, and overall professionalism exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend METRO Construction & Remodeling to anyone looking for a bathroom renovation or remodel.
