I recently used Prime Roofing for a complete roof replacement. Their service was excellent. They helped me through, and worked with my insurance carrier to ensure I got the most of my coverage. On the day of installation they were very careful not to damage my steep blacktop driveway. Their clean up was very thorough I haven’t found one nail. Mid job it was determined I needed all new sheathing and they handled that and were still finished in the same day. Would definitely recommend.

Because of that, they identified several issues that could have easily been missed, including protruding nails, damaged shingles, and an area where ice buildup had caused damage. Even more impressive, they completed all necessary repairs before we even arrived in Ohio. They also went above and beyond by reattaching a loose gutter and installing downspout extenders to ensure proper drainage away from the home—something especially important for us since we have a finished basement. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, their pricing was fair, and the quality of their work was top-notch. It gave us real peace of mind during a stressful move. Prime Roofing is amazing! They came out the same day to provide us a quote, and once we got the insurance side of things settled, they came out and stripped the entire roof and had it shingled within one day. We were blown away by their service and they even cleaned up everything when they were finished and left it cleaner than when they got there. They were great at communicating everything with us and working with our insurance for adjustments as needed. I would recommend anyone wanting a quality roofing service to check them out!
Great company to take care of your roofing needs! I needed the work to done fairly quick, and within 2 weeks they had me scheduled in, and took less than 2 days of work. I had the new roof and gutters finished. Very professional crew members that care for your property, to make sure nothing is damaged. Cleaned up all debris from the job.
