Aidan and Ramsey came out to repair our shower handle because we had a leak. Poor guys ended up getting soaked in the process (my fault!), but they remained professional and enthusiastic until the repair was complete. They did an amazing job and we had our shower fixed in no time! We've had nothing less than outstanding service with this company over the years, and we will continue to call on them for all our plumbing, heating, and air needs!
Absolutely amazing company. From Mary, Colby to Noah and Jenna everyone there were great and easy to work with. My basement flooded after my sump pump failed, and advantage was out to my house within an insanely quick time. They were able to diagnose the problem, gave me a fair price and had all the work wrapped up very quickly and efficiently. They walked me through the steps of the process and made me feel very satisfied I chose them. If you need any sort of plumbing or HVAC work I would highly recommend them

Jimmy and Josh were fantastic! The service deserves 10 star rating! My AC went out and Advantage Home warranty got a technician out as fast as they could with the heat wave. They did have to reschedule 1 time since the technician was ill, but I appreciate that they consider the health of their staff and their customers! It was determined my system was too old to fix (part no longer available) so we had to install a new AC unit. Every part of the process was explained and we got the install scheduled ASAP! Jimmy and Josh were on time, did a great job installing and even protected my carpet by wearing booties over their shoes. I had a ton of questions on how to make sure my unit lasts as long as possible, they explained everything thoroughly and gave great tips on how to maintain the system. I NEVER allow signs in my yard, but I will gladly display the sign they left to show how great a job they did!!! Now my house is nice and cool. Great job guys!
Dalton with Advantage Plumbing Heating & Air has been great to work with!! He has helped us 2 separate times in the past with several minor plumbing repairs, and we got to work with him again for a major leak & repair this past week. Advantage has been great to work with. They are responsive, professional, always on time, and get the work done right. More specifically, they are lucky to have dalton working for them! He is really easy to communicate with and explains what he is doing & what the issue is/ options to resolve it, gets the work done asap (ours was fixed the same day!), and he made sure to clean everything up before he left. I would definitely recommend considering them for any plumbing or HVAC needs!
