My experience was fantastic all around. The woman who took my initial call was pleasant and knowledgable. She added me to their call list (my air had gone out) and my appt was scheduled just as she said. My tech, Matt, was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient!! He answered all of my questions and the invoice had all of his notes! His quiet confidence allowed me to relax and have faith in him. It’s challenging for single women, or least for me, to feel confident when I need repairs like this. Turk Heating and Cooling is definetely going to be my first call for any heating and air issues I have going forward! Thank you so much!!
I use to get HVAC service from one of the big box companies.. my freon was completly drained from my unit after their last visit. I called Turk to get it fixed, they came out and replaced the freon and checked for a leak. No leaks were found. The manager/owner called me a few days later and wanted to send someone else out again in a month to double check to be sure there were no leaks (for free). If that doesn't tell you what a great company this is, I don't know what would. Dustin came out today and there are still no leaks and my unit is working great. Thank you Turk for standing behind your work and double checking to be sure everything was running smoothly... I would highly recommend the small company with integrity over a big box company that wants to sell you something every time they come out. Thanks guys.. I appreciate you and am thankful your buisness is apart of my neighboorhood!

Turk did a great job. They came out as soon as they could and had us back up and running in under 90 minutes. Very affordable service. They didn’t try to sell us on any subscriptions or anything other than what we needed. I respect that so much. I am so sick of everyone trying to bleed you for every penny they can. Not these guys. Friendly, honest and fair. That is all we ever want. I know who I’m calling next time. Matt was our technician. He was awesome. I looked up how much on average the repair they did normally costs. They charged us half as much as every one else. If you’re not using these guys, you’re getting ripped off. We have used a lot of HVAC companies over the last few years and these guys are the best, hands-down.
Turk heating and cooling sent a technician to my rental at my request when the A/C was not cooling properly. I’ve forgotten his name, but he was young and very knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem very quickly, had the capacitor on his truck, and had it replaced and running in minutes! He cleaned the coil and checked the coolant pressure, too. I have used Turk 2-3 times and I am always impressed with their philosophy and service. We have several rentals and I expect to use them all the time!
I’m very satisfied with my experience. I was looking for a second opinion on my AC system after getting huge quotes from a large corporation. Dustin was very knowledgeable and straightforward with his assessment and solutions and it didn’t feel like he was trying to push for more expensive options. He was able to fix our problem at the initial visit and he did it for a fraction of the price. I would definitely choose Turk again in the future.
