From Consultation to the finished product, we were absolutely amazed. The roof was finished in 1 day and the clean up was wonderful. We had Greg overseeing the whole project and he was great to work with. The work crew couldn't have been nicer and went out of their way to make this project even better. I highly recommend this company for your renovation needs.

We hired them to design and build additional living space in our basement. They designed a space for watching movies, a kitchenette /bar for entertaining, an office and a full bathroom, still leaving us with plenty of storage space. They were easy to work with and provided a full breakdown of the project step by step. Everyone who has seen the finished project has commented on the design and craftsmanship they provide. My insurance company was incredibly difficult to work with. AIS helped fight the claim and ultimately got them to cover all the hail damage. We ended up replacing all the roofing, siding, and gutters. We added trim and some exterior upgrades and it came out beautifully. There were some minor cosmetic issues along the way that were fixed quickly when i pointed it them out. Overall the job came out amazing.
I cannot begin to say how happy we are with the master suite addition from AIS. Park’s and his team did a phenomenal job with the design and execution of our 1st floor master suite. They were available whenever we had questions and catered to our needs and changes. I have never seen a project move so quickly and easily. We had knew our roof was not in the best shape and they were getting ready to roof the addition. We decided since we were having a different color roof for the addition we would see if they could do the house at the same time. It did not take them a day to get the entire roof done including taking out an old chimney we decided to have removed also. They had Jeff and his guys come in and install the new flooring and tile shower surround which came out beautifully as well. We opted to do some of the work ourselves once the space was drywalled and flooring was done which they had no problems with. We are working on the finishing touches now and will have the house repainted in the spring. We absolutely love our new space they created for us. I would highly recommend AIS for any renovation or new projects for your home.
