First time using this electrician service and all i can say is wow. They provided same day service when my circuit panel failed early in the morning and i needed power restored fast. I called right away, and they sent Tanner and Brandon out, with david arriving shortly after to help finish the electrical work. All three were calm, friendly, and easy to talk to. They took time to explain the repair plan in simple terms, walked me through the panel replacement process, and answered my questions about safety, breakers, and code requirements. The crew worked efficiently, kept the area organized, and was very respectful of my family while they restored electricity to the house. That meant a lot, especially with little ones at home and warm Chicago weather making it important to get the power back on quickly. The cost was higher than i first expected, but the value made sense because I now have an updated fuse box replacement that is current, safer, and up to code, along with a long warranty for peace of mind. I also appreciate not having to deal with old fuses anymore. Very pleased with the service and the overall professionalism.
