First I want to say that I don't usually write reviews, but given my experience with the team at Mint Properties I felt compelled to write a little note. My wife and I wanted to replace the doors and windows in our home and after an exhaustive look into our options we were still struggling with what product to buy and what contractor to use for the install. That's when I reached out to Tasheana and Miguel. We chatted for a few minutes on the phone and Tasheana said she would have their project manager give me a call and to my surprise minutes later Daryl Skirvin called. I told him about our project and he scheduled a time to come see our house. After looking at our home and talking about our options Daryl and Miguel assured us Sun Windows and Doors would be an excellent choice, so that's what we ordered. The doors and windows are now installed and we absolutely love them. I want to thank the Mint Properties install crew, with a special shout out to Chris the Lead Finish Carpenter on the job, thank you for your attention to detail. I just want to say the folks at Mint have earned our trust and they will be doing more work for us in the future. Thank you Tasheana, Miguel and Daryl for a job well done!!!
We engaged Mint Properties recently for tree trimming and removal of trees in our parking lot. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and timely communication were impressive. Words cannot express how much I have come to know and love Miguel and Tasheana Hanza. Home improvement work is scary and often unpredictable and Miguel handled every last detail with honesty, professionalism and has become like a brother to me. I went from wanting a garage to a garage with a carriage house, and a patio, and oh yeah, I guess I need a fence too...He called me and let me know the play-by-plays of what was happening and all of his team were so kind and did such beautiful work. I can't imagine my life here without him and Tasheana!! They go above and beyond and I don't feel I'll ever be able to reciprocate the knowledge, kindness, and dedication they have shown me over the past year. They are pillars in our community and are the reason Bates-Hendricks is steadily becoming one of the best neighborhoods in Indy!
We hired Mint after purchasing a house that needed some extensive repairs to the chimney and a complete rewiring of the electrical to bring the old knob-and-tube up-to-date. Miguel was our primary contact for two subcontractors at a very busy time for remodeling, but they managed to finish all work in the first week! Miguel was incredibly professional and even stopped by several times to help with small tasks and to offer us advice on a few other projects we had in mind around the house. The work completed is top notch! I have no idea how Mint's pricing compares to other GCs in the area, as we didn't shop around much, but I am very likely to hire Mint again in the future for their high-quality work and professionalism.
I hired Mint Properties to install a exterior door in my home. I spoke with Miguel, got a quote and hired on the spot. Miguel was great at getting me scheduled and was very fair on cost of the install. Bill came on time and did the install. I could have asked for a better carpenter. Bill was friendly, quick and to the point. He got the job done and even gave me some tips on completing other tasks around my home. He directed me to contact Miguel anytime we need a top quality licensed contractor. We will be contacting Miguel at Mint Properties again and again in the future. Now stop reading and call them already, they won't disappoint.
