Oh my goodness…where do I begin? Our family was traveling from Kansas to Dallas, and it was literally our last day in Texas before heading back home. Right after we stopped for gas, our check engine light and emission warning started flashing, the car started shaking, and it suddenly went into limp mode. We had our kids in the car, were far from home, and honestly felt pretty helpless in that moment. I was about to call roadside assistance, but instead I quickly searched for emergency car repair and came across Mobile Auto Repair Pros of Dallas. Johnny answered, and right away you could tell he actually cared. We told him we were stranded with kids, and he didn’t waste any time…he showed up in about 20 minutes or less, which honestly felt like a huge relief. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. He ran diagnostics, figured out the problem fast, explained everything in a way that made sense, and got the car drivable so we could get to the auto parts store. Then he fixed the issue….all in under an hour. What really stood out was how calm and personable he was. He joked with us, kept things light, and helped turn a super stressful situation into something manageable. Because of Johnny, we made it safely back home. We truly feel like God put the right person in our path that day. If you ever find yourself stuck in Dallas and need help, call them. You’ll be glad you did. 🙏🏽♥️

I called John to ask him to install a new dashcam and a charging cable for my brand new Porsche 911. He was with me in an hour and did a fabulous job. Everything everything worked as I wanted and despite the dashcam being very fiddly he did a super and thorough job for a great price. Would totally recommend
John was amazing and saved me! My car wouldn't start after I filled it up with gas around 6:30pm. It was cold out and my battery somehow, literally died and went completely dead. I called and he was kind enough to drive to me, jump my battery, and then had me follow him to AutoZone. When we got there he bought a new battery and replaced it with the old one in my car. It was so nice to have someone who knew how to do it, do it so quickly and efficiently. The whole experience was all said and done in a little over an hour, from when I called him and we finished. He was also priced well for all he did. I will be calling him from now on for any issues that arise.
Johnny did a phenomenal job of helping me replace my car battery! He went out of his way by buying the needed battery pack and installing it in my car on the same day. I’d absolutely hire him again for any car issues.
