Stayed at Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa and came away with a very positive impression. What makes this property stand out is that it doesn’t feel like a typical city hotel. There is a separate garden section with a jacuzzi, creating a much more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the busy surroundings. It feels like a small retreat tucked within the city. The facilities are well maintained, especially the gym, which was clean and pleasant to use during the stay. Service was another highlight. Zenaida at the reception was exceptionally friendly and professional, helping us with our room arrangements and resolving the issues we encountered during our stay. Her helpful attitude made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, the combination of comfortable facilities, relaxing outdoor spaces, and attentive service made for an enjoyable stay. We left satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Los Angeles.

Hotel is at a great location nestled between Century City Mall and The Grove. The hotel manager, Sam, is an outstanding host and so very accommodating. Rest of the team on the grounds and behind the desk are also very friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean and towel service is outstanding. The only thing I would comment on are the prices of the cafe being a tad much. The hotel is very well maintained, and I can see the pride the staff take in providing top notch service and aesthetics of the establishment. Overall, this is a 4.8 stars hotel. I would recommend at the next renovation to bring in a more contemporary vibe to reflect the superb cleanliness and upkeeping of the hotel. thank you Sam Chang for your hospitality!
Stayed at Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa recently and had a mixed experience overall. The property itself has a pleasant, classic atmosphere, and the courtyard and pool area are definite highlights. It’s a quiet space, and the location is convenient for getting around Los Angeles. However, the rooms feel dated and could use significant updates. While generally clean, the furnishings and overall condition don’t really match the price point, and the stay didn’t feel as polished as expected. Service was inconsistent, not rude, but not especially attentive either. One issue worth noting is billing: be very careful with parking charges. I was billed for parking even though I did not use the hotel parking facilities, and when I questioned it, the situation was not handled smoothly. It left a frustrating impression. Overall, it’s an average stay. The setting has potential, but between the outdated rooms and the billing concerns, it doesn’t fully justify the cost.
Every single staff member at this Hotel are Kind, Compassionate & extremely Helpful! Just Can't Say enough about this Amazing Hotel!! Had the Pleasure of staying here recently helping my dear friend recover from a major surgery. Thank you Hector, and everyone at the front desk! The Parking Attendants, Housekeeping and every staff member here is all just Exceptional and goes above and beyond to make sure you're well taken care of. Would Highly Recommend staying at this Fine Hotel!!
