Outstanding service by electrician Mitch and Ash in customer service/scheduling. I requested an estimate for installing 3 light fixtures. Mitch assessed, gave me estimate, price was great. He was able to install the lights right away. Done in less than 30 minutes! Will definitely use Simple Electric again.
We got an EV Level 2 charger installed. Simple Electric didn't over bid like some of the others. We had about 4 quotes and Simple Electric was the least expensive. Mitchell came to our house on time and finished the install in no time! It works great, now my electric vehicle can charge fast! Thank you!
Mitch and Dillon are awesome! They just finished the install on our new bathroom exhaust fan and it is amazing. They walked is through every step they were taking to confirm before working, very reasonably priced, amazing in person service! No mess. Referring my brother to them in Peoria, too! (P.s. the new switch is a different color, but only bc they don't sell that color anymore :) no ones fault!) Will use again!!!

The simple electric company has their program fine tuned. They responded quickly to my original call, scheduled a free estimate from a certified electrician (Stephen), followed up after the estimate on any questions. After getting two quotes Simple Electric was competitive and they use the correct parts and installed everything to code. The office was very quick to respond on any questions. Stephen then was scheduled and was on time for the install. He was meticulous with his craft and used tools that insured a quality installation. The work was done on time and to perfection. I would recommend Stephen & Simple Electric for any electrical work you need done. Thank you Simple Electric Ron Goodson
This is an interesting story of a company caring about their customers and making things right when mistakes were made.I originally posted the following before receiving a phone call from Simply Electric….My breaker wouldn’t reset at the service panel causing my garage lights to go off. Simply Electric had good ratings on Yelp so I was shocked when the technician told me depending on what it found, it would be $300. After telling me they were competitive with everyone else and it was just that prices for electrical service had gone up. I reluctantly agreed. In the end he did 45 minutes worth of work with no New parts and charge me $275. Afterwards, I was kicking myself for saying yes. After posting this review, I got a call from Ashley at their office. She told me their boss had read the review and said that wasn’t right. Then had her call me to straighten things out. Turns out the $300 is for circuit work that generally takes 2 to 3 hours not 45 minutes worth of work with no new parts. She then asked me what I thought Would have been a fair price of which I told her I wasn’t an electrician so I really didn’t know but I thought$100 and she said, done. She will be sending me the difference of $175 to make things right. It’s hard not to be impressed with a company like that.
