pros: good location, decent rooms, decent noise reduction if you're in the right area of the hotel cons: definitely needs a deep clean, it's clear the do the bare minimum. the shower was really bad, and don't look behind the bed or around the couch (I had an allergic reaction to the couch bc it was so filthy). also the staff is incredibly over it which to me signals they're not being paid enough. also, the director of sales was working in one of the rooms turned into an office, but it was incredibly dirty and rundown in there, and it felt super weird for her to be there and to talk to me and to keep stopping me to let her pet my service animal. I did not want to be bothered at all and yet in the morning in my jammies as I leave the side door she's there talking to me. also, the front desk tried to sneak a pet fee past me when my service animal, which was clearly labeled per her vest, was standing right next to me. really shady. I had to ask what the fee was for (I knew already bc I did my research) and the front desk lady reluctantly told me after peering over and sighing at my service dog. again, the staff is suuuuper over it. plus you have to pay for parking in a non covered lot when there is plenty of parking in the shops right next to it. so stupid, big money grab place with no real amenities. not worth the price.
This hotel recently changed over from Residence Inn to a Sonesta Select so there were a few small adjustments still being made but overall the property is very, very nice. What sets it appart however, is the service! Ro and Chantelle in reception, Matt in maintenance, and Jaye in the breakfast bar all were AMAZING! These people were so professional and genuinely interested in making my stay the best it could be. Caring, kind, gracious and so personable...all come to mind when I think of how I was treated. Sure the hotel is nice and very clean but the people and the service are top tier and very rare these days. Love, love, love thos place!

Just want to start off by stating that Ana at the front desk is AMAZING. I usually stay here pretty frequently while handling business in and out of town. I honestly have to say the nights I've been here recently were the worst ive experienced yet. And I'm extremely disappointed because 400 dollars for a stay does not grow on trees. Before you plan a stay I highly advise to make sure they wont have any large groups heading to stay for events around town. Had a high school of coaches and young students that have been here my whole stay. This was my absolute worst stay because of all the noise, running and just pure craziness going on in the hallways. I reported a few times and even the front desk were overwhelmed because its only so much they could do. So I fault the management for not personally taking it upon themselves to check for disruption in the hotel. Issues like this should be an easy fix in my opinion. Either obey the rules of the establishment and privacy of other guests or refund the disrespecting party their money back and ask them to leave. These kids had no curfew from coaches and were in the halls at all times of the nights. I couldn't take it no more and personally had to address them myself. It sucked for me because I have to be at work at 4am and got the worst of rest for 3 nights. This isn't a horrible hotel. They just dont do the best of their ability to maintain hall management when crowds are in stay.
Very noisy. I woke up multiple times around 5-6am because you can hear the footsteps above us running around. For a hotel in the middle of a big shopping center and parking lot, you still have to PAY FOR PARKING, also NO FREE BREAKFAST for a hotel that’s not even a 4-5 stars. This hotel is very mediocre room and on par with residence inn, best western, and red roof inn which usually serve breakfast. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
I checked in yesterday and had an issue with the room key card they gave me. When I went to the reception to fix it, the receptionist was extremely rude and started yelling at me in front of others. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior especially for a four star hotel. I expected basic respect and proper customer service, not hostility. The management needs to train their staff better on how to treat guests with decency.
