From the minute their crew arrived at my home in Toledo, everything was handled with professionalism, respect, and top-notch efficiency. They showed up right on time, introduced themselves politely, and walked me through the entire process before even starting. No rushing, no pressure—just clear communication about what to expect. The team was incredibly courteous, kept the work area clean all day, and protected my property like it was their own (tarps, booties, careful debris handling—you name it). The workmanship was excellent: thorough inspection, quality materials, and precise installation. They finished the job right on schedule, did a final walkthrough with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied, and left everything spotless. It was a pleasure having Salinas side out house. Every step of the process was made easy. Price very reasonable. Jeremy and Kaleb were great to communicate with. Communication was very good, they showed up when they said they would, worked everyday possible until the job was done, none of this start a job and come back 2 weeks later like some contractors do. They did great work answered any and all questions and took care of any concern I had. Professional company and i would 10/10 recommend them to others.

Outstanding repair…more damage was discovered during demo, Kevin quickly pivoted. He brought in a roofing crew to repair the sheathing and step flashing before the siding crew completed the siding replacement. The coordination was superb as the job was completed in 8 hrs.
I'm very pleased with the work performed on my house by the people at Salinas. My house was damaged by a tree-fall that involved sections of the roof, some areas of siding, the rain gutters and a broken living-room window. I also had some improvements added. All the materials they used were of excellent quality and the crews were meticulous with the repairs and the clean-up.
We just had a large windstorm, damage everywhere you look and called them Saturday am after discovering damage overnight. Connected with Kevin and we discussed information and shared pictures for quote. Quick and simply agreed on price and set in motion. I appreciated the quick response and willing to pay for promptness and quality. I had shingles on hand, and discovered mid day that one of their team members Chris was available to fix same day creating faster timeline. I appreciate the professionalism from Kevin and Chris to get in and make sure we are taken care of. It is nice to find good contacts who care about their product and customer service.
