I always recommend them. I’ve had my car serviced there and my tires replaced. Whenever I need anything, I’m always treated very well, and the service is incredibly fast. On top of that, their prices are very fair. Congratulations to the entire team!

Not one to leave reviews, however, I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. Originally went in because there was a sound coming from the front of my car, suggesting it may be related to the tires or breaks. They came back telling me it was a failing alternator. As a young woman I was skeptical of the diagnostic and price, but ultimately decided to trust that they knew what they were doing, and in desperate need to want my car fixed as I was making a 10 hour drive home back to Massachusetts. After picking the car back up with a NEW alternator I immediately heard the sound again, and called them but they insisted the sound was fixed. I drove my car to work and back home at night and oh guess what, it breaks down on the way home with all codes going (mind you something my car had never done before and i had no electrical issues before coming here or even signs of a bad alternator). They fix whatever mistake they made when installing my new alternator, but still the sound is still there, however, at this point and much time I decided to just drive it home with the sound and hope for the best. Once getting home I bring it to a trusted mechanic and they find out that the sound was simply from a rotten nut on a brake shield. Now, a couple months later I drive back to Pittsburgh, and once again my “new” alternator fails. I spent $2000 on a diagnostic and new alternator for the issue I wanted fixed not even fixed, and to have lasting negative impacts that I am still working to get fixed today. Maybe as a young college girl they thought they could take advantage of me, regardless, I recommend you find any other mechanic shop and don’t waste your time or money here. For a place that claims the specialize in BMWS I’m unsure how one can mess up a repair on a BMW this bad. Update: After having my car looked at the alternator they installed was not up to standards for my car and now I need to now purchase a new alternator. Extremely disappointing. Unsure how one sleeps at night to run such a scam of a mechanic shop.
