Shane Smith law has been great! I cannot recommend this law firm enough! From the very first day, Kyndall has been incredibly attentive and professional. She takes the time to answer every single one of my questions, no matter how small, and she explains every step of the legal process in great detail so I never feel left in the dark. What truly sets them apart, though, is how much they genuinely care about my health and recovery progress. It’s not just about the case for them; they truly care about me as a person. If you want a firm that is knowledgeable, transparent, and compassionate, Shane Smith law is the one.
I rate them at 2 stars as of now due to the lack of communication. They say send messages through a portal for faster response but I’m assuming that’s not true due to it’s been almost a month and still nothing. I call the office they sale 48hrs for a call back still nothing They got all my dr bills and I been finished with all of the doctors visits I did get a email saying they waiting on an offer but idk how to feel anymore The accident occurred 10/20/2025 I just wondering how much longer it’s going to be . I have been left on the dark it’s time for some results!!!!
