Dr. Michael Davis and his entire team are exceptional! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. They took such good care of me that I’m already looking into how I can remain a permanent patient of Dr. Davis. It’s rare to find a practice where you feel this comfortable, respected, and well-treated. Highly recommend this office to anyone seeking outstanding care!
I give them a 2 rating! Due to after care appointments. I went on my 1st visit for a bad molar that was extracted. After finding further work was needed I was advised to schedule an appointment. It was a long wait even with the appointment. I needed four fillings and a partial for missing teeth. I decided to schedule at the earliest time which was 8am. Had flashbacks of the prior 2 visits so I rescheduled the following week. The earliest I was told that I could schedule was 9am. I was advised to come early to possibly be seen. So I did arrive early. When I got there it was only me in the Lobby. Which was freezing cold with my hat and my long puffer coat. My feet and hands were freezing. I waited and waited and waited! Feeling a little frustrated after a hour and a half. I decided to leave. I would only recommend if you have no other options to go for emergency only!! Find a reliable Dentist if you need further care. For as busy as this office has been they need more Dentist there during service. Having one Dentist on staff is not enough!! By the way one of the Fillings I had done has already dissolved and giving me pain. A Tech did the work but The Dentist approved it. Go at your own risk!a

The assistants were nice, helpful, and super informative! The dentist was VERY gentle and made sure my experience was top tier! This was the first time ever I've been to a dentist, and didn't even feel anything, even the anesthetic needle! When I tell you, I had an extraction and felt absolutely NOTHING, believe it! Other than the normal sounds, I felt no pain and minimal pressure and had no idea the tooth was even out! I will be returning for all of my dental needs!
I would never recommend this place if you need dentures! My daughter had a full set made for uppers and lowers. She was so excited for them to come in, and I couldn't wait to see my daughter smile again! What a nightmare they turned out to be! I went to a follow up visit with her because of how awful they fit AND looked, for moral support. Horrendous customer service! The dentist, Wajdi Alsabia, kept stating that she had ok'd them, like it was out of his hands now and tough luck. My daughter says she was mislead about what she was approving. They never put anything in her mouth to look at and approve. That makes a huge difference! She looked like she had horse teeth in and they were way too big for her mouth. Her lips wouldn't even seal. He and his staff gaslit us both claiming we didn't know what we were talking about. I asked a simple question and the dentist accused me of being aggressive. I was just questioning, and he couldn't handle that. No aggression at all! They gaslit us both, claiming we weren't qualified to decide whether those fit properly or not. I could tell by the look of them, and she could tell because of the pain, they were not right. She walked out crying, feeling total despair with no resolution. It broke my heart for her! And as much as she tried to wear them daily, she just couldn't because of the pain. And she was never able to eat with them in. Today, she started the process of getting implants at a different dentist's office because the dentures she received were obviously not going to work long term. The implant dentist confirmed what we had suspected, they were way too big for her mouth. He couldn't believe how ill fitting those dentures were. So, now we have to figure out how to get that $ refunded to her HSA and pocketbook. She shouldn't have to pay for such crappy results! Wish us luck. It's not going to be easy, so just trying to save people from throwing their hard earned $ out the window.
No transparency with prices. It seems like they are too over booked. Girls a desk only doing their job, but doctor came in for not even 5 minutes, after waiting over 1 hour and they wanted to reschedule me. I thought I was going to get my issue taken care of that same day.
