The staff are very polite and attentive to all your needs and concerns no matter how minute you might believe it to be. You could leave off info off registration form but get there it's not more of the priority than getting the service attended to your scheduled appointment. The front desk personnel will let you know after check up or procedure if anything else was required. Whatever manager or billing situations comes into view the matter will be thoroughly investigated to make sure any mistakes occurred with insurance coverage process. You feel as nothing else matters than making you feel better than before you came into their office. As a long time customer who's had sensitivity issues not put down or ignored compared to other businesses these days wants to lump you up with everybody else instead of the unique individual God created. Dr. Rodgers and staff goes beyond the average caregivers in the medical field. I remember he took care of a matter that another dentist messed up. Instead of him passing me off to another specialist. It wasn't necessarily as I understood to be in his field of service but was within his capability to do. It's appreciated very much in these days when professionals pass you off to often to other people. It's good to go to one place makes it all happen to the most they can try to do to keep you from having to go other places. No matter the pain you expect to feel at a dentist office they most likely have what it takes to throw fear out the room. It can involve calming clean atmosphere with music or relaxing videos of your choice. Patient, soothing, persuasive mannerisms along with right amount of numbing medicine ti handle situation so as not to leave feeling out of it. It might seem too good to be true in today's society but kindness goes a long way.
