Paul, Courtland, and their team did a fantastic job helping us get a beautiful new roof installed for our home. This was a job I put off for a long time because I was dreading the process, but they made it simple. They helped walk me through getting the new roof covered by insurance and when it was time to install the roof everything was thorough and professional. They even helped replace wood sections underneath the old shingles that required repair. Easily five stars.
The experience, so far, with Jordan and Priority has been nothing but professional. Jordan really helped and took the time to explain the process, listen to my concerns, help manage the claim and took care of all the resulting items to complete the roof replacement. Always quick to respond to a question and even helped my son-in-law get his roof replacement. And my son said the same thing. Great Experience!!!

Dwayne was awesome. He was great in dealing my with insurance company, plus he created an amazing plan to fix the problem area of my roof. The crew was great and quick.
Highly recommend Priority Roofing, and especially Dwayne House, after our recent experience. We were struggling through a lengthy, frustrating process with our insurance claim after a significant hail storm and nearly gave up when Dwayne was recommended. Immediately, Dwayne stepped in and helped guide us and, ultimately, the claim was approved. Upon approval, Dwayne and his team worked quickly to replace our roof and the result was outstanding. Priority Roofing - and Dwayne House - turned a very arduous and frustrating situation into a great result for us. Highly recommend.
Had one of their salesmen ring our doorbell even though we have a very visible “No Soliciting” sign — we’ve got a newborn at home, so that’s there for a reason. When I pointed at the sign, he claimed he was “just giving free estimates” and got rude about it. That’s not respectful or professional. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews — a company that ignores clear signs and boundaries isn’t one I’d trust.
