Scott and Will did an awesome job. I had a long list of things for them to check, and they thoroughly evaluated each item. They were very honest about what they did recommend and didn't recommend I have done on my list. It never felt pushy or salesman-like which I loved. I would highly recommend them and will be calling when more things arise. They moved a hanging light that was off-centered and had bothered me for years, put my over-the-range microwave on its own circuit so it would stop tripping the breaker, and they brought my panel up to code by putting in a whole-house surge protector.
Greg and Isaiah were very professional. Explaining every detail, before and after the project were complete. Update in the living room and hallway. Excellent experience with this company. The electrician, Isaiah, who completed the panel upgrade was knowledgeable, thorough, and took great pride in the work. I never leave reviews, but I had to for Scott and Kelly. They installed a light fixture in my old home and were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Definitely recommend Mr. Electric!
I give 5 stars for Isaiah’s customer service skills and friendly news. Great attitude. The pricing for what needed to be done was crazy high. The company wanted to charge us $400 and didn’t even find the problem of why part of our house had no power.
