Ted Thompson Heating and Air is the only company I trust. A few years back I mistakenly had another company check our air conditioning unit and they said I needed an entirely new unit. So, I decided to have Ted Thompson make an assessment and they found nothing wrong with my system (I was willing to have Ted Thompson replace my system...BUT they suggested that there was nothing wrong with my current system!) How about that for integrity! System fine today. I am asking them for a price (don't need a quote, because they earned my trust forever), on a single room (upstairs split system), and I know the work will be done right, timely, based on what I need and priced fairly. What else could anyone ask for. If you have heating and air conditioning needs, and want quality work, with fair pricing and integrity in mind, get the peace of mind you deserve, work with Ted Thompson heating and air conditioning... Once again I want to thank Tammy and Rob with Ted Thompson Heating and Cooling! Our air conditioner stopped working on a 90 degree plus day. I called and spoke to Tammy who is the kindest person and within hours Rob came to look at our AC. It simply needed a new capacitor and within an hour he was done and at a very reasonable cost! Our AC is atleast 25 years old and Rob could have suggested a new one rather than fixing ours but that's not how this company operates. They have integrity and are honest. This is the only company we ever call for furnace or AC issues. I can't say enough good things about this company! Thank you!

Our furnace bit the dust, and then our boiler started leaking water. I was worried it would be $$ to fix both. Thompson Heating showed up early, had everything fixed in about an hour, and was so economical I almost cried. They are definitely our go to for any HVAC problem from now on! Absolutely amazing customer service.
I expected the worst as in needing a new furnace & got the best from Thompson Heating. Just needed a good clean & kick start. Tammy was great to speak with setting up the appointment. Rob was on time & did a great job. I will call them again in the Spring for some other work. Thanks for the heat!!!
My experience with Ted Thompson Heating and Cooling was excellent! Rob was very friendly and great at keeping me updated on what was needed to repair my furnace. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get it fixed for a super reasonable price! I'll absolutely be calling again whenever encounter another HVAC issue. Thank you for the great work!
