RO # 104680 Very pleased with the service I received from Terry’s Service Center. I had extensive work done on my vehicle (timing belt, water pump, shocks and struts, the works). My service advisor, Reece, kept me updated in a timely manner and their pricing was much more reasonable than the dealership. Called and talked to Ronnie. Very nice very personable person however, what I got was not what I was promised on the phone. Told there would be $179 diagnostic fee. Told him what the problem was because I already checked it out myself, but was explained they have to do their own diagnostics, which I totally understand. However, since their price was actually higher than what I was quoted by dealer, I decided not to have the service done then all of a sudden the diagnostic fee jumped by $26 A “ special tool and hazmat fee” . I asked to explain this fee nothing but run around. There is no special used up tools to read the code reader, and definitely nothing hazardous Waste. In my opinion, this was simply to jack up the price a little more since I refused the service. Their work may be acceptable , but you are paying premium/Dealership service level pricing. As long as you’re aware of that, you’ll probably be OK. My advice is find a good local independent mechanic. Follow up 6/12/2026: Had the same work I was quoted by Terry for $1400 done at Christian Brothers for 795
