I received quality basic medical care at this facility for 2 years. I advised the front office that I would not be renewing as I was leaving the country for work. They charged me the annual fee nonetheless. I contacted them to resolve the issue and they said they would get back to me. They did not get back to me they sent the fee to collections. I disputed the charge with the collection company. I have good credit. Forced to pay or my credit gets crushed. The feeling of frustration is beyond words. Do not trust these villains
A change from my primary care to One Medical was the best decision I’ve ever made. My nurse practitioner Esther Flemming is definitely the best PCP I’ve ever had. The staff is kind and considerate. The lab phlebotomist remembers who you are and treat you kind. I highly recommend One Medical, especially at the Camelback location.

I really love the staff at One Medical. The medical staff is attentive, great listeners and supportive without judgmental comments. The front office staff is equally helpful, always going the extra mile to help out with any questions. I am very appreciative of the whole team.
