My service technician was Matt. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing, why it was necessary, and why it was important. I read reviews of Quality Air before scheduling an appointment and felt very comfortable choosing your company based on the positive feedback I saw. If I need HVAC service in the future, I will definitely reach out to your company again. I would be happy to have Matt as my technician in the future; however, I am confident that all of your technicians are equally qualified to provide excellent service and a positive customer experience.
11 months ago, Quality Air came out to my unit to install a Payne air conditioner, furnace, and evap coil at a cost of over $8,000+. The terms of the contract stated that they would file all permits, complete all necessary duct transitions, and install a new CO detector (in addition to various other items). I ended up doing the improper duct transitions and missing CO detector on my own as I couldn't get a hold of the sales associate I worked with (or anyone) to get it remediated, and it had to be done for the tenants I have in the unit. I still paid the full cost despite the lack of work done. However, most recently, I found out that they never filed a permit with the City of Columbus for the work they did. I am very frustrated as this makes me liable with the city. I have called and emailed Quality Air multiple times in the last month or two, asking for updates on the permit and have only received a reply from their accounting team and not the sales associate I worked with nor the general email account. I highly recommend not working with them. The 10 year parts, 20 year heat exchange, 1 year labor warranties are laughable considering I can't even get a hold of them for the simple fixes I needed at the beginning nor something as easy as a permit filing. Not to mention that they aren't very organized. I've had to correct the contact and billing information multiple times, and it still isn't fully correct in my account despite my attempts to get it updated properly (like on the official invoice). I wouldn't normally care except that I am self-employed and need it proper for my taxes.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service we received when our furnace stopped working. Matthew came out to help, and I truly can’t thank him enough. I had already been sick for three weeks, and losing heat definitely made an already difficult day even tougher. But he quickly worked his magic—replaced one tiny part, and BINGO! Warmth was restored to our home. His professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude made all the difference. I hope he can get lunch, a raise and maybe even a new car!!! :) We are so grateful for his help and for getting our home comfortable again so quickly. Thank you again for such wonderful service!
Quality Air is the only HVAC company that I trust in Columbus. I recently noticed an issue with my AC, which was impacting the thermostat making it difficult to adjust the heat. The heat still worked, but the thermostat was being unreliable. The message on the Nest thermostat was: E103 Error because of the Y1 wire. I called Quality Air, and spoke to Mandy who is always friendly and helpful. A tech wasn't able to come and take a look until the following week. I was happy to wait since it was not an emergent issue, and I knew I could trust their company and technician. The technician, Jeff, arrived on time, and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took a look at the thermostat, wiring, and AC unit itself, which is located on my condo complex roof. He quickly diagnosed the issue, which was a fried contactor in the AC unit itself. He did not have the part he needed, so he drove to Lowe's to pick one up. He went above and beyond to fix the issue that day, within about an hour (maybe less). The price was also more than fair. I am so happy with the service I received from Quality Air once again, and will continue to be a return customer.
What an excellent experience I had with this team. I was able to get an inspection, quote and install, all within a week! The team was easy to communicate with, left my home cleaner than it was when they arrived, and were able to get my new furnace installed in less than half a day. Thank you!!
