Just went in today for xrays and a cleaning. Everyone was very nice and the office worked like a well-oiled machine. I'm just about to leave my current job next week and want to get the most out of my insurance so Jocelyn helped me out greatly with that and has made what could be a stressful transition into something manageable and probably saved me from some significant tears. Huge thank you to her for working with me on that!
Dental hygienist Linda was amazing! She was very friendly, professional, and put me at ease during my cleaning. She also did a great job educating me about what she was doing and why throughout my appointment.
I had a small chip in my tooth from the weekend and was able to see Dr Djukic the next day. Flawless composite bond to fix me up in under 20 minutes!!. Thank you so much. and Jocelyn is back - always a pleasure to see her smiling face!!!

I have been coming to East Erie for over two years and they have been exceptionally gracious and their dentistry is amazing. They work with me regarding payments and I am currently doing Invisalign. Dr. Azim and Jocelyn are the best!
I’m usually not the type of person to write reviews, but I truly wish someone had warned me before I went here.The staff at the front desk and the hygienist in the rooms are amazing very kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the experience completely changes once you get to the back desk where billing is handled. It feels like a total scam. Almost every time I checked out, there was some kind of random charge added to my bill. On top of that, my insurance was billed for services that I did not receive, which is extremely concerning. One time I questioned it, and they removed the charge immediately, which made it feel like they knew it shouldn’t have been there in the first place. If you do decide to go here, make sure you carefully review every charge before you leave and double-check what gets submitted to your insurance. Again service is great but the billing office is a SCAMMM!!!
