From the moment you walk in, you know you’re in exceptional hands. Dr. Glick and his entire team at the Cleveland Smile Center are truly among the best medical professionals I’ve ever encountered. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their dental patients go far beyond what you’d expect from a dental office. Dr. Glick is not only incredibly skilled, but also takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel completely comfortable every step of the way. You never feel rushed or overlooked—every concern is taken seriously, and every visit feels personalized. That level of attention and compassion is rare. The staff deserves just as much praise. They are friendly, efficient, and always go out of their way to make sure you feel relaxed and welcomed. Whether it’s scheduling, billing, or chairside care, everything is handled smoothly and with a smile. If you’re looking for a dental office where you are treated like a person—not just a patient—Cleveland Smile Center of Cuyahoga Falls is it. Dr. Glick and his team have set the gold standard for what healthcare should be, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Let me start off with admitting I am extremely hard to please. I have high standards for people who provide services in the medical and self-care fields. I feel if you had to train and pass a test to become something, you should be proficient and competent. After giving three “top rated” dental offices in the Akron area a try, I was reluctant to try Cleveland Smile Center because they seemed too large a company to actually provide individualized, customer-centered care to the masses. I’m happy to say I was wrong. This office was OUTSTANDING. Valerie and Joey at the front desk greeted me by smiling, looking at me, and saying “Hello!” A big difference from the typical, dead-faced greetings I get at almost every other business/store/agency. I was then treated by Jordan, a skilled, personable, and incredibly thorough hygienist. Jordan talked me through what she was doing, engaged in genuine conversation above and beyond the “what do you do?” cliche conversations typical care professionals offer. If I could give Jordan 100 stars I would. I was impressed with her skill set, professionalism, and communication skills. Next, Dr. Nate came in to review my teeth and conclude my visit. He too was down-to-earth and personable, not an arrogant puffed-up provider who talks over you. Dr. Nate was efficient, easy-going, and provided customer-focused care. He informed me about some additional services and how they might improve my dental/oral health, but was in no way pushy or aggressive—just informative. I did end up getting a bite plate as well because Dr. Nate explained how this item would protect my teeth and why this item would be beneficial to my oral health. Also, the staff here call you by your name; they don’t refer to patients as their treatments/issues. I’ve been to dental practices that have said, “Your 11AM cleaning is in room 4.” I have a name and I expect my providers and care teams to use it. Cleveland Smile Center definitely has a patient for life now! If you’re like me and are frustrated with providers treating you like a burdensome number, I’d recommend Cleveland Smile Center. NOTE: You may be scheduled out pretty far, but they will contact you when earlier appointments become available. My original appointment was scheduled for June, but they were able to get me rescheduled for January.

Overall my experience was really nice. My hygienist was really thorough with the cleaning since it had been a longer period of time since my last cleaning, and I felt really comfortable during the appointment. The supporting staff and dentist were very helpful too when it came to working towards fully completing my dental plan.
I had my initial appt today. I was very impressed with the entire staff. I was greeted by Valerie and “welcomed to the Family”. Rebecca was awesome. Dr Sam took quite a bit of time with me explaining all of my options. What a great experience.
Had an amazing visit! After having a couple bad dentist experiences I came here. It had been a while since my last cleaning and instead of judgement I was met with care and compassion. We came up with a plan. Prices were affordable without having insurance and I don’t feel like they nickel and dime you for every little thing unlike other places!
