Bernard Law Group was great to work with. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and were always easy to get ahold of when I had questions. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, and they made everything a lot less stressful.
I would not recommend this law group to anyone. If you want your case to take way longer than it should and for your case file to transfer multiple hands and be confusing the entire time with lack of communication most of the time. My case was simple and basic compared to the driver of the vehicle that I was with who had to have multiple reconstructive surgeries, spend a month in a rehab facility, and do many many visits of physical therapy and everything and she's been settled for 2 months now yet the person working on my case doesn't even do the work so when the check arrives to be dispersed they don't even have the work done that should have been done in August and then they want to blame the insurance company which is completely bogus. Was told that my money should be dispersed by the end of this week but now she's telling me it's going to be a 30 more days because they didn't check the medical records like they should have in August when they pulled them. If anyone is looking for a good attorney though go to Fuller and Fuller personal injury attorneys in Olympia Washington they'll have your case done and over with way before the Bernard law group ever thought they could.... Update.... The 30 days turned into a deadline of today I'm thinking just to appease me but that came and went of course like it was planned to and no luck still getting paid when they've been sitting on my check now for going on almost what this is third week....

Completely let down with this law group. They took on a case for my son and I. The biggest thing that I felt heard on was how overwhelming this whole process was.. after we began working on the case they have completely ghosted me. I have emailed, called and have not heard back from anyone. It’s been 6 weeks since I have actually spoken to someone and I have no clue how to proceed at this point. Never will I recommend them to anyone.
