This resort is something else. If this place was actually at the beach would be just perfection. However, it does a really good job transporting you from the moment you step in. So beautiful. The decor is amazing and the place is so well maintained. The staff is friendly. The pool area is so much fun and has spectacular views. The owners lounge is great and always has something going. Music, activities at all times, and some amazing rooms with incredible views of the city. If you are going to a concert or event or just visiting to check out the aquarium or Coca Cola museum, this place is for you. We were so sad to leave. Probably on the top 2 of Wyndham properties we've stayed at.
My experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and eager to help. What stood out most was how everyone greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The level of hospitality and personalized attention made my family and me feel incredibly valued and appreciated. Although we were only here for two days, it was a wonderful stay that left a lasting impression. I would like to specifically recognize Elizabeth at the front desk for her kindness and professionalism, Alima for promptly answering my questions through text, and Kyla for making the checkout process smooth and pleasant. I would also like to give special recognition to Jeffrey. He is an outstanding individual who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He was exceptionally friendly to both me and my children, taking the time to interact with them and even shaking their hands because they had been so friendly with him. Small gestures like that made my kids feel incredibly special and appreciated. Jeffrey also made our visits to the VIP Owner Lounge feel welcoming and comfortable. His positive attitude, genuine kindness, and dedication to providing excellent service truly enhanced our overall experience. I am grateful to everyone who helped make our stay so enjoyable. The outstanding customer service and warm hospitality from the entire team exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning in the future, and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a welcoming and memorable experience.

Everything was so great! The hotel is very clean. Valet, concierge, room service, the bartender outside and the restaurant was all good. My grand daughters enjoyed the roof top outdoor heated pool everyday! The bartender gave out free popcorn, popsicles and pool toys for the kids. The hotel guests were very friendly too. Valet parking and the restaurant is a bit pricey but you do have other choices outside of the hotel.
The location is unbeatable, and the staff was welcoming and friendly throughout the visit. The rooms look modern, feel fresh, and have a nice design that makes the stay comfortable. A few downsides: the pool area could be warmer temperature-wise, and the pool bar closing on Sundays was a surprising disappointment, it really takes away from the vacation vibe. We also noticed some seasonal bugs called kudzu sneaking into the room, which seems to be something to be aware of. Overall, a solid stay with a great atmosphere, beautiful rooms, and a fantastic location. A few small details could be improved to make the experience truly top-tier.
Wonderful experience. Great location, with the park and other attractions, with easy airport and public transport access. Nice rooms and service. Friendly and proactive staff. Definitely worth visiting. This is my second time here and look forward to more visits. Parking is a challenge but you can easily do without a car for your entire stay - try it! Tab at the reception, patient and caring, the very amiable Jeffrey in the Lounge, and Elisabeth and Dana with the marketing team, persistent and polite, are all excellent folks. Thanks to the Wyndham team.
