Based on some of the reviews, my review won’t be any different. I have a two-part complaint. 1) I have a problem with picking up an attitude when I talk to certain people that represent my doctor or nurse practitioner. I’m assuming it’s an MA or the nurse who’s assigned to those doctors. When I call this clinic and speak to someone, I’m nothing but polite, but I can be just as moody as the rest of you guys in here so let’s be civilized when we talk to each other. 2) whoever the MA or the nurse for my particular nurse practitioner is, really should stop being lazy when they write out my PAs. Cause when I called the insurance company to appeal, my pre-authorizations, they’ll tell me what’s not in the PA. And over the phone the insurance company is telling me if this particular information was added I more than likely would’ve got the medications that I needed. That is extremely lazy to leave out pertinent information that can help me get medications I need. You have my medical records. I don’t understand how you don’t use that information. This clinic is starting to operate like one of those Strip mall clinics..
How long are you guys going to allow that beaten-down yellow van w/ winched brown Beetle stay parked outside of your place? Call the proper authorities to have it towed. Sometimes the parking lot gets full and the elderly and/or people w/ foot injuries need a closer area to park their car.

I took my daughter for the first time for a pediatric well check. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk through the visit and follow up was lovely, professional, and organized. Dr DeSimone exceeded my expectations and was a great listener and attentive. I’m glad to be establishing care here and will be bringing my other daughter here soon.
This place is good enough that I was able to get my Olumiant through them. But in regards to communicating with their clients, they lack deeply. I had just gotten off the phone with someone to schedule an appointment to get more Olumiant. She had told me before I could have an appointment set, I had to pay this bill (which wasn't the reason I was frustrated) that was on a collector's debt account. The reason I was frustrated was because THIS WHOLE THING COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY AVOIDED if they were more thorough on checking their client's contact information. I asked her how they would had contacted me and she had said through my address, email or phone number. She spelled my email incorrectly which makes me think how long have they had it wrong and I never got statements in the mail from them either. I have always paid my bills on time, so to hear that I never paid a bill (when I could've and would've already done) but I was never told I had to BECAUSE I NEVER RECIEVED ANY NOTIFICATION feels like financial punishment because the people at Braodway Medical Clinic could not do their jobs thoroughly. The lady on the phone was also VERY UNEMPATHETIC and really shows how down hill the medical field is going when it comes to being a decent human being. The people here, even the nurses from last time I was there (2024) have fragile egos. Maybe have classes to teach the employees how to effectively receive feedback.
The nurses, front desk staff, and doctors here are AMAZING! Would recommend this doctors office to anyone and everyone! Dr. Vestergaard is so kind and smart!
