I had a horrible experience with this facility. I scheduled an annual wellness visit back in April (because my insurance covers 1 free one per year). The doctor mis-coded my visit after I scheduled this with Cleveland Clinic Scheduling for and Annual Wellness Visit. After being transferred 10 different times, Cleveland Clinic informed me to reach out to the provider, Dr. Wu and her medical assistant Amanda H. The two of them couldn't have been any ruder. They barely responded to me as I was trying to reach out and ask for help. Amanda responded very poorly acting like I was "unintelligent" and informed me how this should have been communicated to me after I scheduled. She then shut off the messaging so that I couldn't reply. I would not recommend Dr. Wu, or her rude Medical Assistant Amanda H.
I’ve seen three doctors here and all have been amazing, only reason for seeing multiple is if you can’t get in with one doctor, they will ask if you want to see another provider sooner. Everyone from the the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors are so amazing. My doctor, Dr. Justin Mastrucci is so awesome, he actually listens to you and is so insightful on any subject related to medical and even med management. I definitely feel blessed to have him as my doctor. It’s nice to feel heard and get the best treatment for you. If you’re looking for the best primary care doctor and doctors around. Summit adult medicine is the place to be. Thank you so much for being there for me when I need you guys the most 🙏

I love it there. Everybody is so friendly. I see Dr. Stephen Oyakawa and my husband sees Juanita Woo and my son sees Lindsay Foraidis i’ve been going to the longest seeing Dr. Owen. He’s amazing but he is no longer taking patients cause he has so many my husband just started seeing Dr. Wu and he really likes her and she is very thorough and great and Lindsay has always been amazing. I’ve seen her when Dr. O didn’t have appointments. And my son really likes seeing her and he’s in his early 20s. I’ve been going there for many years and everybody there is amazing if you can get in I’d say see someone there. I don’t think that there’s a doctor that is an amazing or a PA that is an amazing there
I've been coming to this location for years and I LOVE this practice! Lindsey Foradis is AMAZING! She is so very thorough, professional, intelligent, friendly, caring, just everything you could ever want in a doctor. She never rushes you, she truly cares about your well being! Kandice is also truly amazing! She is very skilled and so very friendly and goes above and beyond to help you feel at ease (and has the best laugh ever 😄). The ladies in the lab are also great!
Dr Modlo is new to this practice and still an excellent physician. He is always concerned about ones well-being. He listens and provides valuable information. Wherever he goes I am going to follow. Awesome caregiver. Staff here are also very pleasant. Phlebotomist is very gentle, professional, and friendly.
