I will start off by saying that we have stayed here multiple times and planned on coming back a lot more. Safe to stay we will never be coming back here ever again. Out of all the hotels I have stayed at this by far has been the worst. 1. Check in time was 4. We arrived at 6:15 to check in- we go to the front desk and they say your room isn’t ready yet. AT 6:15! No phone call was made to us saying this nothing was said. Mind you we came here for a Cavs game and had 2 suitcases. 2. The “so called” assistant manager Olivia was whispering to the lady helping us and the lady helping us says we have a fitness center with locker rooms you can keep your stuff in and get ready in there. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. As we are pissed off the “assistant manager” didn’t say a word to us the whole time just kept whispering to the lady. HOW POOR of customer service. She needs to be cleaning the rooms and not a manager I can tell you that 2. The actual manager Amy did not contact us and no manager ever spoke to us when I wanted to speak to one. Instead they left us a note in our room with $150 off of our room and said how sorry she was blah blah. 3. So after the game we were late to and paid for floor seats we were late to the game because we couldn’t get ready in our actual room and after the game was over we then had to come back and go in the locker rooms and grab all of our stuff at 10 and finally put it in our room. WHICH IS INSANE. To sum all of this up for you I wouldn’t stay here if it was the last hotel in Cleveland available. The worst experience I have had with any customer service team and a hotel in my life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

The ritz carlton is a delightful escape for travelers seeking a unique experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality was evident. The staff was attentive, ensuring my check-in was seamless. My room was beautifully decorated, featuring a mix of vintage and modern decor that created a cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with luxurious toiletries. I enjoyed breakfast in the quaint dining area, where the selection included fresh pastries and locally sourced ingredients. The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance to local attractions. The attention to detail and personalized service truly set The Charming Inn apart from larger hotels. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for a homey feel away from home.
First time staying at the Ritz here in Cleveland & it truly was a wonderful experience! Our first point of contact was with Pedro at the main entrance for valet parking. Pedro was just a pleasure to meet, friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic, great smile! Check in with Huda was a breeze, and she gave us a wonderful room facing the river! Room was large, well appointed, clean, had the most COMFORTABLE bed & we couldn’t have been more pleased with it! Dinner at TURN was exceptional! Our server (Julie) did a phenomenal job and we thoroughly enjoyed the Angus Reserve Filet & Pork Chop Milanese!! Also the Baby Gem Caesar Salad and the fresh hot rolls (best dinner roll I’ve had!) were quite tasty! We were celebrating my Love’s birthday & Julie brought out a special dessert (a Ritz chocolate cake & another white one which was equally as scrumptious!) for the occasion & that just made the evening even more perfect!! Had a comfy, cozy nights’ sleep in that awesome bed, enjoyed the Nespresso coffee maker first thing in the morning & surprised my Love with a delicious room service breakfast of Steel Cut oatmeal w/apple compote, fresh berries & raisins and a breakfast burrito…the meal came quickly & was piping hot and prepared perfectly! Yes, it was pricey (along with the valet parking which is WAY overpriced at $60/day ~~ that is absurd, really!) but this is a once-a-year splurge and we really had a great experience with everything so that makes the pricing of it all a little easier to digest! Checkout with Matt was equally seamless & Bob down at the valet was quite friendly & a fine representative of the Ritz Carlton!! It started well & ended well here at The Ritz & we are grateful for the opportunity to stay there and looking forward to another visit in 2026!!
Everything was 10/10. Couldnt ask for a better stay! Pedro ( the doorman) was superb and Matthew at the front desk was as well. The only thing this property is missing is a pool. They decorated the room for valentines with real rose petals and complimentary chocolate and champagne
I attended the '25 CLE Ritz Carlton holiday tea on 12/28/25. The room the tea was held in, the violinist, the tea selections and food were great. Our wait staff AVERY, MICHEAL AND KATIE were all very attentive, kind and professional - they made this event (and me) feel very special!! I would attend again.
