While the hotel staff was amazing. The hot tub didnt work, nor did the fire pit on the patio. It was a cooler summer evening so that working would of been wonderful. Our room was clean and spacious. Location is nice with alot of options near by for shopping or dining.
My family and I had a great experience at Cambria Hotel. Dave, at the front desk, was friendly, personable and professional. The pool was refreshing and large enough to do my daily exercises. The bar is small but met my family's needs. Rooms are large and comfortable. They have everything a traveler needs.
Location was great! Beds were smelly and and pillow cases were doubled and whwn qe pulled the top pillowcase back the ones underneath were all stained yellow and brown from body oils or tanning lotion or something. We asked for tissues and they tried to re-stuff our old box with tissue from a bigger box. We asked for tissue 3 days in a row and were told they couldn't find any. There were so many issues with this place it was too much to list. For instance we asked for fresh towels for our room they gave us pool towels but for some reason when we went to the pool the area that holds the pool towels was empty! They did not restock any of the snack items and they had young kids sitting at the bar while adults were having a good time. The bar tender seemed amazing but I think she was also the only one that spoke good English which is okay but when I call down and ask for something why do you tell a paying customer "it is preferred that you come down and get it bwcause we are short-staffed" but your family is all there in the lobby how are you conveniently always short staffed? They didnt even bother to ask how my stay was because they know that their terribly run. If you want to be disappointed go here! Excellent location baaaad business. The photo attached are all of the items we had to pull and change and this is our view for a $600 $700 room!!

In town for D1 tournament. A few teams stayed here for the weekend. Breakfast cost but its around a lot of restaurants. Bar staff was nice. Front desk, Stern but also nice. Housekeepers were also pleasant. Laundromat on 2nd floor. Outside patio with fire pit very welcoming for all guests as well as inside lobby and dining area. Pool chlorine is strong but all guests enjoyed the pool. Football weekend was filled with kids but not to noisy or annoying. You wouldnt know they were there unless you seen them. Surrounding areas did fireworks for the holiday so that was a great view from my window. Would definitely stay again.
The most rude front office attendant I’ve ever dealt with. When I called down to ask where the hand soap was, because there was none I could find, he hung up before I could ask another question about where the towels were. The second time I called, he asked if I’d like to check out bc I was being passive aggressive. There were no towels or hand soap in the “suite” I had just purchased for the night. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the elevator is broke and I wasn’t told until AFTER I purchased the room. DO NOT STAY HERE. What an incredible waste of money. Oh, and no central air in the room. They use wall units like a red roof inn from the 90’s. Pathetic
