We had such a wonderful stay this past weekend celebrating our daughter’s birthday! The room was absolutely beautiful - clean, comfortable, and felt really special for the occasion. Our daughter especially loved the pool and spent most of her time there having the best time. The hotel also surprised her with a small birthday cake, which was a thoughtful touch and truly made her feel celebrated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and made her birthday even more memorable. We would definitely love to return!
I have stayed at my fair share of hotels, especially Hiltons, and I have to say the Chicago Waldorf is unquestionably one of my favorite properties (if not my absolute favorite). My wife and I have stayed here a few times over the past few months and we haven't wanted to stay elsewhere since. There is a familial energy with the way the staff treats you. They provide luxury services without coming across as pretentious or robotic. We have loved our interactions with everyone. The rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious. If you can, get a room with a fireplace. It really helps make your stay feel like home away from home. The food and drinks are fantastic. The spa facilities (both the gym and massage services) are great offerings. Valet and Concierge are so helpful with welcoming you and providing recommendations on nearby eateries and entertainment when you head out. I could go on and on about the various amenities, but I really just want to focus on the staff here because they are what make this place stand out from other luxury hotels. I especially want to call out Nate and Anthony from front desk, Logan from Concierge, Morgan from Valet, James, Venus, and Franky from Dining, Pom and Vishetta (sp) from Spa, among a host of other folks whose names I unfortunately didn't catch on this trip. We will most certain be regulars at this property!

We stayed at Waldorf Astoria Chicago for a staycation to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had such a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and even surprised us with a room upgrade, which made the stay feel extra special. Our room was beautiful with gorgeous views, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and luxurious. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. The location is perfect — right in the Gold Coast with so many great restaurants and shops nearby. We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This is my third waldorf Astoria, and as expected did not disappoint me! The entrance is so beautiful, the rooms are incredible clean and that service was on point, so thoughtful and careful while cleaning your room, I loved the balcony and of couse the fireplace! the front desk service was very professional and helpful, I enjoyed the brunch in brass tack and We had a few cocktails in Bernard's which it was fun, also they offer a complimentary ride up to 1 mile for their guest which is a great help if you have kids or just dont want to walk much. I had an incredible weekend!
